Building confidence is something that every person can always work on.
Here are 10 ways to boost that self-confidence:
1.Dress Sharp ? Clothes don’t make the person but when you look good you feel good.
2.Walk Faster ? Walking with a purpose and energy will make you feel and look more important.
3.Good Posture ? Good posture helps you to feel energetic about what you are doing and gives off a positive impression of yourself to others…boosting self confidence.
4.Personal Commercial ? Write a short speech about yourself your strengths and goals. Read it into the mirror or to yourself when you need a little boost to your confidence. Be your own cheerleader!!
5.Gratitude ? Don’t dwell on what you are unable to achieve but what you have achieved and what you have personally gained and be thankful for these things!! Remember the positive!
6.Compliment other people ? A way to break any negative vibes that you have is to compliment others this is a great way to break this cycle! Looking for the best in others brings out the best in yourself.
7.Sit in the front row ? Sitting in the back is a way to hide from being noticed, you are important and you should want to surround yourself by the other important people that are speaking in the front of the room. Getting over the fear of the front also boosts your self confidence.
8.Speak Up ? Don’t be afraid of what others think of your ideas! People are more excepting that we think they are.
9.Work Out ? If you feel good about yourself then you will have more self confidence. Not only is it healthy but gives you energy that you didn’t have before.
10.Focus on Contribution ? We need to be more world drive than self driven. Stop thinking about what you want but what you can do for others. Sometimes the smallest thing makes all the difference. Helping others makes you feel good about yourself boosting your self confidence.
